My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were updated, great, and had very comfortable beds. The hotel was perfect for the little ones, very clean, and looked appealing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location was excellent for taking in the sights in the area, close to great restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was fairly standard, and the hotel facilities were convenient.

The rooms were very roomy, clean, and quiet, offering better views and even had a couple of picnic tables to enjoy. The service was top-notch, especially during breakfast where the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the Harbor Springs-Petoskey-Charlevoix area, close to main highway and local attractions. The dining experience was delightful, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
